This release delivers a guided four-step loan uploader and completes a rework of the comps ingestion pipeline. Loan records can now be loaded from a template with built-in validation, and comps data flows in directly from vendor workbooks without an intermediate file step.
Enhancements
Loan bulk upload and covenant follow-through
A four-step loan uploader (Upload, Review, Create, Done) is now available in Loan Management. The template carries dropdowns listing the organization’s own properties and the exact values each column accepts, with a parser fix for malformed files. Nothing is saved until the review step is confirmed. Nine covenant QA items are closed, including warnings that now name the actual gap rather than stating one exists, and a period picker that no longer offers periods that have not closed. A Projected Payoff Balance at Maturity field has been added to Loan Details.

Comps ingestion rework
The comps uploader now takes the monthly workbook exactly as the vendor sends it, with a 736-field extraction map embedded in the application. The old intermediate load file format is rejected by name, removing the manual conversion step. Comp sets are no longer capped at three, so properties tracking five or more benchmark sets ingest completely. The Comps Report now lists hotel properties only, rather than every property in the organization.
