CREx OS Product Updates: January 16–22, 2026

This week’s updates focused on strengthening security controls, simplifying multi-property workflows, and improving usability and maintainability across key reporting experiences. Below is a summary of the new features and enhancements released between January 16 and January 22, 2026.

New Additions

Property-Level Security Implementation (Released)

Property-level security has been fully implemented across Commercial, Multifamily, Financial, Debt, and Analytics modules.

User access is now restricted based on assigned property permissions, ensuring data visibility aligns with authorized access only. Backend routes, analytics queries, and service management workflows were updated to consistently enforce property-level filtering. Final data issues affecting portfolio performance logic were also resolved to ensure secured users see accurate and relevant metrics.

Select All / Deselect All feature across reports

A new “Select All / Deselect All” option has been added to property filters, reducing manual effort when working with multiple properties.

This enhancement has been rolled out across more than 16 report pages, including Commercial, Debt, Financial, and Multifamily modules. Frontend filter handling was improved for faster selection and better refresh behavior, with supporting SQL migrations updated to align with property-level security requirements.

Enhancements

Major refactor: Outstanding balances by property table

The outstanding balances by property table experience was fully redesigned to improve maintainability and usability.

A dedicated dialog component was introduced to handle table rendering and interactions independently, resulting in a cleaner interface and more intuitive navigation. Backend routes and SQL logic were updated to support the new structure efficiently, reducing complexity and improving performance.
