CREx / CRE10x / Training
Training Included in every install 90-minute live session

Your team, fluent before the system shows up.

Every CRE10x install starts with live training on the AI assistant, about 90 minutes. Cowork, not chat: the whole system depends on folder access, so we train the way your team will actually work. Every user completes three guided tasks solo before the session ends.

/ 01 Why training comes first

The goal of every install is that you don't need us.

Most AI deployments fail because the team never gets comfortable. So training runs in week 1, before the second brain is populated: get every user fluent first, then put the system in their hands.

By handoff, the team runs the whole system with two phrases: refresh the brain, and refresh the readmes. Filing documents is filing documents, same as before. Dependency is a bad product. Competence is a better retainer.

The session

90 minutes, live.

One live session in week 1 of the install. Everyone leaves having run the assistant against real documents, unassisted.

/01 · The assistant
Cowork, not chat

Claude basics, Cowork versus chat, connected folders, and how skills work. The whole system depends on folder access, so we train in the mode your team will actually use.

/02 · Prompting for CRE
Real questions, real documents

Prompting fundamentals with the examples your team actually needs: asking about loans, leases, and key dates. No toy projects.

/03 · The magic phrases
Two commands run the system

"Refresh the brain" and "refresh the readmes." Then three guided tasks, completed solo by every user before the session ends. That is the acceptance bar.

What you keep

Built for the day we leave.

Training is not a workshop that fades. It is the setup for a handoff we prove before we go.

/01 · Deliverable
The one-page cheat sheet

Magic phrases, common asks, and a do and don't list. Everything the team needs day to day fits on one page.

/02 · The owner
One named owner

Discovery names one person accountable for the drive and the refresh cadence. They get extra session time on the needs-review queue, because they run it after handoff.

/03 · The proof
Handoff, tested

Before we leave, your owner completes a full refresh cycle unassisted: new documents in, brain refreshed, queue cleared. That is the acceptance test for handoff, and it is in the SOW.

/04 · After handoff
The AI support role

We stay on from $1,500 a month: monthly health checks, queue cleanup, skill tuning, and new automations as requests come in, plus a quarterly usage review that scopes what to automate next.

How it fits the install

From first session to full handoff.

Training runs through the whole install, not as a one-off workshop. Each step has an output, and the last one is proven, not promised.

/ 01WEEK 1
The live session

90 minutes on the assistant, Cowork, prompting for CRE, and the magic phrases. Three guided tasks per user, completed solo.

Output
Every user fluent
/ 02WEEK 2
The acceptance test

Your team picks five real questions about the portfolio and checks every answer against the source documents. The test decides when the install is done.

Output
Trust, verified
/ 03HANDOFF
The owner takes over

A handoff session with your named owner: the refresh cycle, adding assets and deals, and working the needs-review queue. Then they run a full cycle unassisted.

Output
Self-sufficient team
/ 04ONGOING
The support cadence

Monthly health checks and queue cleanup, plus a quarterly usage review: what the team asks, what they don't, and what to automate next.

Next sprint, scoped
By the numbers

Small surface, durable habit.

Durable automation is boring automation. It survives vacations, turnover, and busy quarters because nobody has to remember to run it.

Get started

Training comes with the install.

The install is $10,000 fixed for portfolios up to about 10 assets, live in 2 weeks, and your team is trained as part of it. Start with a 20-minute walkthrough: send two or three redacted documents and watch the system read them live.
