Accessibility statement
We want crexsoftware.com to work for everyone, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, screen magnification or captions. If something on this site gets in your way, tell us and we will fix it or get you the information another way.
Our target
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA across crexsoftware.com. We check every page with automated testing (axe-core) at desktop and phone widths, test by hand with a keyboard, and fix what we find before pages go live.
What is in place
- Text and background colors meet the WCAG contrast minimums.
- Every page has a skip-to-content link, a main content landmark and a logical heading order.
- Menus, checklists, FAQs and scrolling tables work with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
- Product illustrations that show sample screens carry a text description for screen readers.
- Our CREx OS demo videos have English captions.
- Pages reflow on phones without sideways scrolling, and footer links on phones are sized for touch.
Known limitations
- Some content comes from services we do not fully control: HubSpot and ActiveCampaign forms, embedded YouTube videos, Microsoft Power BI reports and the CREx Certified course site.
- Captions on the CREx OS demo videos are machine-generated and may contain errors.
- Some PDF downloads, including CREx Magazine, may not be fully accessible. Ask us and we will send the content in another format.
CREx OS
This statement covers our public website. If you need accessibility information about CREx OS for a procurement or vendor review, contact us and we will work through your questionnaire with you.
