Known dependencies
This matrix covers the twelve starting designs that have their own design pages. OS contains the property identity, agreed source packs, dates, financial definitions and review context. Core is separate Consulting. Source availability and reviewer acceptance remain to confirm.
| Workflow | Upstream / required dependency | When something is missing |
|---|---|---|
| D1 · Morning Portfolio Review | D2 Collections Exceptions; D3 Operations and Make-Ready Exceptions D2/D3 dated exception outputs; OS property snapshot; approved business plan/materiality | Show a partial brief and name missing inputs; never infer current values from old sources. |
| D2 · Collections Exceptions | OS dated AR source pack Opening/closing ledger; charges, receipts and adjustments; aging definitions; approved follow-up policy | Balance change remains unavailable when either date or reconciliation inputs are missing. |
| D3 · Operations and Make-Ready Exceptions | OS work-order and make-ready source pack Status history; target dates; review date; stable unit/work-order IDs | Lateness is unavailable for missing target/status dates; show owner gaps. |
| W1 · Leasing and Rent-Roll Review | OS rent-roll and leasing source pack Two stated weekly snapshots; stable IDs; dated application/signature/move-in events; leasing plan | No matched-change conclusion without two snapshots or reliable IDs. |
| W2 · Collections Trend and Follow-Up | D2 Collections Exceptions and the daily ledger history Accepted daily ledger records for the weekly window; opening/closing balances; charges/receipts/adjustments | No weekly reconciliation or trend conclusion when the weekly window is incomplete. |
| W3 · Weekly Operating Priorities | D3 Operations Exceptions; W1 Leasing Review; W2 Collections Trend Accepted exception summaries; prior commitments; confirmed owners/due dates where available | Publish a draft agenda with missing groups labelled; proposed owners remain unconfirmed. |
| M1 · Loan Review | Closed-month financial pack; OS loan/debt pack. M3 Valuation Review required only for LTV. Accepted financials and lender-defined coverage inputs; agreement/terms; debt schedule; lender requirements; accepted dated M3 value for LTV | No covenant-compliance conclusion without agreement definitions; no LTV without accepted M3 value. |
| M2 · Comp Review | W1 Leasing and Rent-Roll Review; approved external comp source pack Accepted subject leasing snapshot; dated comparable data; approved set/method; unit attributes and concession flags | No normalized market conclusion with incompatible definitions or undated/unapproved comps. |
| M3 · Valuation Review | M2 Comp Review; accepted closed-month financial/NOI pack; prior valuation Accepted comps and NOI; approved method; versioned assumptions; valuation date; cap-rate evidence or explicit scenario-only label | Only an assumption-labelled scenario when market support is absent; no approved valuation conclusion. |
| Q1 · Business Plan and Forecast Review | W3 Operating Priorities; M1 Loan Review; M2 Comp Review; M3 Valuation Review; closed-quarter financial pack Three accepted closed months; approved plan; prior forecast; accepted monthly review outputs; assumption register | Unaccepted inputs remain gaps; scenarios do not overwrite the approved plan. |
| Q2 · Capital Plan Review | D3 Operations Exceptions; W3 Operating Priorities; OS capex/project pack Approved capital budget; spend; remaining commitments; milestones; change requests; plan objectives | No completion-cost or savings conclusion without a complete project reconciliation. |
| Q3 · Hold, Sell or Refinance Review | Q1 Business Plan/Forecast Review; M1 Loan Review; M2 Comp Review; M3 Valuation Review Accepted plan, debt and value assumptions; approved alternatives; transaction costs and refinance terms | Comparison remains incomplete and unranked when a required alternative lacks terms. |
Monthly review order: Comp → Valuation → Loan LTV. Other loan measures depend on their own approved financial and debt inputs. The accepted closed-month financial/NOI pack is a shared input, not an extra top-level workflow.
Designed for review
Every design names its required inputs, upstream dependencies, partial or blocked behavior and human decision. A planned weekly review is not evidence of weekly source refresh or scheduled automation.
Workflow availability, source coverage and review responsibilities are confirmed with your team before a pilot is agreed.
