The asset-management work layer

Your AI. Your portfolio. The context between.

CREx Intelligence helps asset managers work with property information, investment plans and the questions in front of them. It sits on CREx OS, which includes the portfolio data and reporting foundation. Your team reviews the evidence and makes the decision.

How the platform fits

Your AI. Intelligence. OS.

Three layers. Your customer-owned AI sits on top. CREx Intelligence sits in the middle: it runs daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reviews, shows the evidence and routes approval to your team. CREx OS is the data and reporting foundation underneath, fed by existing systems and agreed sources.

Workflow engine

The recurring work,
run as AI workflows.

Each workflow is a template: the steps, an owner role for each, a due date in business days after period end and an approval rule. A schedule kicks off a run for every property. CREx agents check the feeds, flag exceptions, draft commentary and assemble the package. Nothing is written back until the approver signs off.

Example workflow run: the September monthly close for Harbor Point Apartments, with eight steps. Each step has an owner: the CREx data team, an asset manager, a CREx agent, the portfolio manager or the fund controller. Agents check the property manager feed, flag rent roll exceptions, draft variance commentary and assemble the close package. The package waits until the portfolio manager approves the variance commentary.

Customer-owned AI

Claude by day.
ChatGPT by night.

Workflow state lives in CREx OS, so it doesn't matter which assistant you open. Start a step in Claude at your desk and pick it up in ChatGPT that evening. Use Copilot, Grok or any other AI tool of your choice that connects over MCP. The CREx MCP returns the same run and the same draft, and every session lands in one audit trail.

Example. At 9:12 in the morning an asset manager asks Claude "What am I working on today?" and the CREx MCP lists two steps that need them and one that is blocked. They ask Claude to draft the Harbor Point variance commentary, which is saved to step 4. At 9:40 that night they open ChatGPT and say "Let's pick up where we left off." ChatGPT, through the same CREx MCP, finds the saved draft, adds the Q4 reforecast note and sends it to the portfolio manager for approval. All four actions appear in one audit trail.

OS is the foundation underneath

CREx OS includes the data and portfolio context foundation. Agree source coverage, reporting definitions and responsibilities across your properties and managers. Intelligence is the work layer above that foundation.

Core stays separate Consulting for bespoke data projects. It is not a third software layer required to use Intelligence on OS.

Questions about Intelligence

Is Intelligence the same as OS?
Intelligence is the asset-management work layer. OS supplies the included data and reporting foundation underneath it.
Can we use the AI environment we already have?
The offer is built around customer-owned AI. We agree the specific AI environment and supported scope with your team before the engagement starts.
Who decides what happens next?
Your team reviews the evidence and makes the decision. Agree the reviewer and responsibilities for the work in scope.
Do we need a separate Core purchase?
No. Core is separately scoped Consulting for data projects. The OS data foundation is included in OS.

Plan scope

Choose the starting point.
Agree the scope together.

Start with customer-provided files or discuss automated PM feeds for the wider portfolio. We confirm the applicable plan, available scope and service coverage with your team.
