This release rebuilds two foundational workflows in CREx OS: the quarterly close experience and valuation entry across the fund hierarchy. Finance teams can now see exactly what is blocking the close, and fund managers can enter valuations at property, investment, or fund level through a single interface.
Enhancements
Approvals and quarterly close
The quarterly close app was redesigned around what is blocking the close right now. A redesigned Close Summary leads with the outstanding review count, with an Up Next and On Deck queue and a Start Review action. A Sealing the Quarter band shows each domain’s progress toward being approved and frozen, and a Who the Close Is Waiting On list is ordered by most remaining. Reopen now shows live data, and re-approving recuts the snapshot with corrections applied.

Valuations restructure
Valuations are now entered at Property, Investment, or Fund level through a single Level toggle — Building was removed as a valuation subject and Fund was added. Investment and Fund valuations are reframed as signed deal-level adjustments with live ledgers, plus an additive entered-value ladder and page tooltips. An Outdated Valuations counter separates never-valued assets from those due for refresh, and at-share roll-ups with savable fund and investment totals are included.
