This release delivers Fund Management V2—a first-class, explorable fund hierarchy—alongside a major expansion of CREx OS’s AI-native data layer. Fund managers can now walk ownership from fund to building and edit 27 new fields in the UI, while the MCP server gains new data tools and a stricter read-only contract.
New additions
Fund Management V2
The fund hierarchy is now a fully explorable, editable data model inside Fund Management. A four-column Ownership Explorer walks from Fund to Investment to Property to Building, showing each fund’s effective look-through stake against every property. Fourteen new REDI investment-structure fields, seven region fields, and six property fields are all editable in the UI and through the bulk uploader. A template-based export doubles as a prefilled import template, and a redesigned add-property dialog is included.

Enhancements
MCP platform expansion
The MCP server—CREx OS’s Claude-facing data layer—received a global read-only contract. New and corrected tools now cover per-tour views, delinquency history from receivables, a per-channel leasing funnel, leasing agent and unit attributes, data freshness, and lead-source conversion. Four rounds of client review fixes addressed snake_case parameter handling, cross-org joins, and account-property breakdown parameter forwarding
