This release completes the global read-only contract on CREx OS’s AI data layer and resolves three calculation errors in financial statement reporting. The MCP server is now fully locked from writes, and issues that had been overstating budget figures and YTD totals are corrected.
Enhancements
MCP read-only completion and data governance
The MCP server’s global read-only contract is now complete across all domains. A new governance tool exposes completeness and coverage data to Claude, so the same trust score, freshness, and mapping gaps visible in the Data Trust Center can be queried directly in plain language. The last remaining write tool has been replaced with a read, closing out the rule so no tool in any domain can create, update, or delete anything. Property status is also corrected to resolve through the status lookup rather than a stale raw column that had been returning outdated values.

Financial statement correctness
Three calculation issues affecting financial statements are resolved. The hide-zero rule now requires both budget columns to be zero before suppressing a row, so sections no longer drop silently from statements. Year-to-date budget is now derived by summing the monthly series to the anchor month, correcting an overstatement that had inflated one client’s January-to-July NOI budget by $1,078,394 (6.3%) and swung portfolio variance from -12.4% to -17.6%. A missing date filter that had been summing every month in the source and returning 8.5 times the true figure is also fixed.
