This release makes bulk data loading safer with a pre-commit review step and adds debt covenant tracking to the platform. Before writing a single value, users see a row-by-row breakdown of every change. Covenants are defined once and tested over time, with a compliance dashboard showing violations and upcoming due dates.

Loan Management Phase 2: covenants
Debt covenant tracking is now available inside Loan Management with a definition-and-test-history split. The covenant is defined once, and each compliance test is logged against it over time. A compliance dashboard counts total, compliant, violations, warnings, and due-soon covenants, with required value against current value and the next test date shown per row. Loan and loan-extension bulk uploads are in development alongside this, with disposed-loan handling on the loan report and a Projected Payoff Balance at Maturity field now specified.

Excel bulk upload and Property Management
Properties and investments can now be moved between funds from the Ownership tab on each pThe Excel bulk uploader in Property Management now includes a pre-commit review window showing Added, Updated, Unable to Change, and Warning per row before a single value is written. New portfolios are auto-created during upload with duplicate detection, and unit-level uploads are keyed by an editable unit number. Unit Label is its own column, non-inventory units can be flagged and hidden by default across Property Management and reports, and filtered exports now carry a Filters sheet.
