What does Starter include?
Up to three properties, worked from files you upload: Excel, CSV, PDF and Word. Each asset manager gets CREx OS access, workflow creation and CREx Intelligence within the plan limits, with self-service setup and email support.
What if we have more than three properties?
Connect your property managers with automated feeds. Feeds cover the wider portfolio and are quoted for the managers and properties in scope.
How are automated feeds priced?
By the property managers and properties in scope. We quote feeds after we review your managers' systems, and they're billed separately from Starter.
Is the AI subscription included?
No. CREx Intelligence works with your own AI subscription, such as Claude or ChatGPT, which you pay for directly.
