Category labels do not establish an exclusive capability. Confirm current modules, data services, AI access and ongoing duties in each provider's proposal.

A manager changes its chart of accounts after onboarding. Ask each provider who reviews the change, what reaches the owner and how affected periods are handled.
Record the source, affected output, person responsible and next review date. Keep an unanswered item open until the appropriate reviewer accepts its treatment.
